ECOMMERCE / DIGITAL / PROJECT / OPERATIONS MANAGER
About me
I am Anton Trinh, E-commerce Consultant from Stockholm, Sweden. I am a driven and humble leader with great experience in the E-commerce industry (8 years and running). My work is deeply rooted in structuring, planning and executing on E-commerce strategies. I have led many E-commerce related projects both from the agency side and directly on the customer side.
I started on the agency side, working closely with developers in a Scrum/Kanban methodology as an E-commerce Project Manager. This experience has given me a great understanding of "what happens in the backend" regarding tech, development and system architecture. I do not code myself but understands the technical aspects and its impact on business.
As an E-commerce Project Manager, I have helped with structure and plan all phases involved in an implementation/migration project. During my time at the agency side (Improove, currently Impact Commerce), I have been responsible to deliver E-commerce websites/projects such as zoo.se, aarke.com, tres-bien.com & marshallheadphones.com to name a few. I owned the processes, project plan, budget, resource management, sprint planning and everything related in a Scrum methodology.
As an Ecommerce Operations Manager during my time at Klättermusen AB, I was the key technology leader on the digital team. The primary responsibility was to drive the digital platform evolution and lead continuous system development for improved online shopping experience, conversion rate and ultimately drive sales growth. I owned the processes, workflows, timelines and budgets for website development, and entails owning and managing all internal and external stake holders and third-party partners. Furthermore implementing the Emarsys CRM platform, Easycom digital returns platform & Klarna Checkout.
As an Ecommerce Consultant at HiQ AB, I combine my previous experience and skills on my current assignments/projects. For example internally helping Happy Socks AB with an E-commerce platform migration. As part of the team, I worked on planning the project execution, managing and gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners and made sure we did not fail to deliver on time. Apart from daily work on executing and building E-commerce websites, I also help businesses with TDD's, discovery phases to change management.
Anton works in an agile manner and is versatile in his role, skilled in requirement gathering, breaking down work, and executing under severe time pressure.

Strength & Values
While not an expert in a specific area of the E-commerce industry, I excel as a generalist. With experience across various brands, businesses (B2C & B2B), and roles as both vendor and customer, I have developed a well-rounded understanding of E-commerce. A little extra passionate about conversion optimization in combination with UX and firmly believes that with the right attitude you can learn just about anything.
I drive projects with positive energy and gets dispersed groups with different goals to understand each other's needs and unite around a common goal. I am a good at listening and understanding problems, both at the organizational and technical level. Furthermore, i have an ability to quickly create a holistic view.
Personally, I am driven, humble, and approachable, while also being responsible and competent. I prioritize commitment, teamwork, trust, and respect, constantly seeking growth and learning through curiosity and passion for my work.
